Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.


Definition of “Service Started”

A service is considered started once any of the following occurs:

  • An onboarding or discovery call is completed
  • Project access credentials or required materials are requested or received
  • Initial drafts, concepts, wireframes, or planning documents are delivered
  • Any billable work hours are logged toward the project

Once a service has started, refunds are no longer available, except where required by applicable law.


2. Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Digital products, templates, or downloads once access is granted or delivery occurs
  • Completed website or branding projects after final client approval
  • Custom design, consulting, or personalized services once work has started
  • Services delayed or canceled due to a client’s failure to provide required materials, feedback, or approvals

These exclusions are consistent with applicable digital-content regulations, including
EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16).


3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@branddunyasi.com with your order ID, payment reference, and reason for the request.
  2. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days.
  3. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
  4. Refunds typically appear within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

All refunds are processed securely through PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors.


4. Delivery of Services and Products

Delivery timelines vary based on service scope and client responsiveness:

  • Landing pages / small design projects: typically 3–10 business days
  • Full websites or complex projects: typically 14–60 business days
  • Digital templates or downloads: delivered instantly after payment
  • Consulting sessions: scheduled and completed within 3 business days of payment confirmation

Delivery timelines begin once onboarding is completed and required materials are received.


5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact us directly at support@branddunyasi.com to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to submit project records, communications, timestamps, and delivered materials as evidence to the payment processor.
