All services are provided online, and communication takes place via email or a secure client workflow.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services, provided that existing paid projects are delivered in accordance with the agreed scope.


3. Use of Website and Services

Refunds are generally available within 14 days of purchase only where the service has not started, a verified technical failure occurs, or non-delivery occurs as defined in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All services are delivered digitally via email, file transfer, or client dashboard.

Typical delivery timeframes vary by scope and client responsiveness:

  • Landing pages and small design projects: typically 3–10 business days
  • Full websites or complex projects: typically 14–60 business days
  • Digital templates/downloads: instant delivery after payment
  • Consultations: scheduled within 3 business days of payment confirmation

Delivery timelines commence once onboarding is completed and required materials are received.

Invoices are issued automatically and sent via email after successful transactions.


7. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs and deliverables remain the property of Brand Dunyasi Ltd until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of finalized deliverables is transferred to the client.

Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of our materials without written permission.

We may display non-confidential project samples in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.


8. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, business interruption, or issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., hosting, plugins, or payment providers).

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant service.

Personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to such processing and confirm that your provided data is accurate.
