At Brand Dunyasi, we aim to ensure every client is fully satisfied with our digital services and products.
This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for online purchases and service agreements made through https://www.branddunyasi.com.

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are accepted in the following cases:

  • Service not yet started: If you request cancellation before work has begun.
  • Non-delivery: If the ordered service or product is not delivered within the stated delivery period.
  • Verified technical issue: If delivery fails due to a confirmed system or payment error.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Once the service has been initiated, digital files have been delivered, or the project has been approved by you, refunds are no longer available.

 

2. Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Digital products, templates, or downloads once accessed or delivered
  • Completed website or branding projects after final approval
  • Custom design, consulting, or other personalized work
  • Services canceled due to a client’s failure to provide required information, materials, or feedback

These exclusions align with international digital-product refund laws (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16).

 

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us by email at support@branddunyasi.com with your order details and reason for refund.
  2. We will review your request within 3 business days.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed via the same payment method originally used (iyzico, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
  4. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

All refund transactions are conducted securely through our payment processors and in compliance with PCI DSS and GDPR/KVKK standards.

 

4. Delivery of Services and Products

  • Custom website and branding services: Delivered within 3–10 business days (depending on project scope).
  • Digital templates or downloads: Delivered instantly after payment.
  • Consulting sessions: Scheduled and completed within 3 business days of payment confirmation.

Invoices are automatically issued and sent via email for every completed transaction.

6. Governing Law

  • For customers in Türkiye: Refunds and consumer rights are governed by Turkish E-Commerce Law No. 6563 and related KVKK privacy regulations.
  • For customers in the EU, UK, or US: Refunds comply with applicable online service and consumer-protection laws (including EU Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Rights Act 2015).
