We accept multiple payment methods:

iyzico (for payments in Türkiye)

Stripe (for global payments in EUR, GBP, USD, etc.)

PayPal, Wise, or WorldFirst (optional integrations for cross-border clients)

All payments are processed securely under PCI DSS Level 1 standards.  
We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified.

5. Refund and Return Policy

You are entitled to request a refund under the following conditions:

Refunds are accepted within 14 days of payment if the service has not yet started or if a verified technical issue or non-delivery occurs.

Refunds are not available once the final digital files or completed services have been delivered and approved by the client.

All refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Digital downloads and personalized services are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

6. Delivery Policy

All services are delivered digitally, either via email, file transfer, or client dashboard.  
Typical delivery times:

Custom website and branding projects: Delivered within 14–60 business days, depending on project complexity and client feedback.

Digital templates or downloads: Instant delivery after payment

Consultations: Scheduled within 3 business days of payment confirmation

Invoices are issued automatically and emailed to the customer after each successful transaction.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, graphics, branding, and designs produced by Brand Dunyasi remain the property of Brand Dunyasi until full payment is received.  
Upon full payment, ownership of finalized deliverables (e.g., logos, website files) is transferred to the client.

Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of our materials without written permission.

Brand Dunyasi retains the right to display non-confidential project samples in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Brand Dunyasi provides its services “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.  
We are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of data, profits, or business interruption

Technical issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., hosting, plugins, or payment gateways)

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant service.

If you are domiciled outside Türkiye, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Before court proceedings, both parties will attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations or recognized mediation platforms.

Nothing in this clause limits your consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
